Refund Policy

At MAPTO, we adopt a transparent and results-oriented refund policy. You are only charged for successful removals.

§ 1 General Refund Rule

MAPTO operates on a 'No Win, No Fee' basis for review removal services. You are only charged for successfully removed reviews. If an upfront payment or deposit was taken and the review is not removed within 30 days, this amount is unconditionally refunded.

§ 2 Refunds for Failed Operations

If all legal and technical appeals to remove a review are unsuccessful and the review remains on the platform (Google, Trustpilot, etc.), you will not be charged for this operation. Any pre-payments will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days.

§ 3 Credit and Subscription Refunds

Purchased credit packages can be refunded within 14 days if they have not been used. No refunds are provided for partially used packages. For subscription renewals, no refunds are issued if not canceled before the new billing cycle begins.

§ 4 Reappearance of a Review

In rare cases, a successfully removed review may be restored by the platform's algorithm. If a review reappears in its exact form within 30 days after being removed, a full refund will be issued or the removal process will be re-initiated free of charge.

§ 5 Exceptions

The right to a refund is void if the customer provides false information, submits fake documents, or simultaneously attempts to remove the same review through another agency or lawyer outside of MAPTO.

§ 6 Refund Requests and Contact

For refund requests, please contact us via our support portal or at info@mapto.com. Once approved, refunds typically reflect in your account within 3-7 business days depending on your bank.
