November 11, 2023 at 6:31 amWhat a wonderful little spot to park up for the night when trekking to the East Cape Light House. Make sure to bring some $1 coins for the hot showers with great pressure (2x$1 coins per hot shower). Basically just a paddock next to the sea. Not much level grass area, but good enough what’s needed. By the way, gets really windy.

October 13, 2023 at 1:02 pmAwesome spot for camping. Right on the river and the beach. Recently refurbished with better toilets and pay per use showers. $15 each was well worth it. Friendly service and half way to the lighthouse. Can get breezy and no cell phone reception or wifi.

October 29, 2023 at 5:46 pmGreat spot. Super basic amenities , we just used our own water and toilet. Its basically just a paddock, amazing super peaceful spot.Ruggered and wild. $10 per adult $5 per child in July 2020.
