    Nice hike up a steep hill to the remains of an old Gold mine. Great views of the valley and the mountains. If you are in a two wheel drive you might have to park before fording a rocky stream depending on the water level. It’s worth continuing after you get to the top further down to the creek.

    Travel north east from Genorchy on a bitumen road. Take a right turn on Reeves Road which turns into a graded gravel road. Travel for xx minutes xx kilometres and the trail is to your right. National Park sign says 2 to 3 hours. Steep …
