January 8, 2024 at 5:34 pmDid altitude training with Walter in June in preparation for our trip to South America. Spent 5 weeks in South America, with 10 of days at altitude in Peru including the Macchu Picchu walk. Had no problems at all. Would totally recommend doing Altitude training.
